Abstract:
To provide a machine that enables even an administrator unaccustomed to managing automatic teller machines to easily handle the automatic teller machine at fault.
The automatic teller machine comprises a fault detection part for detecting a fault occurring in the machine during a transaction with a customer, a medium detection part for detecting a remaining medium remaining on a feed path in the machine due to the fault detected by the fault detection part, a determination part for determining whether the remaining medium detected by the medium detection part is to be handed to the customer or not, and a notification part for notifying an administrator of the determination result of the determination part.
