Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable operation by preventing hanging onto a takeout roller, etc., even when any foreign metter is inserted together with a paper money by forming storage spaces for paper moneys on a front panel and a backup and letting a take-in roller press the paper moneys in the storage spaces when taking in paper moneys.
SOLUTION: When inserting a paper money, the foreign object such as a coin or a clip is mixed and dropped through the gap of a floor 407 into a tray. A throwing area 454 faces an upper section between a gate roller 425 and a discharge roller 427 and therefore, the foreign object is exactly dropped without being hung on the gate roller 425 or the discharge roller 427 (a). A lever 442 is turned at a prescribed angle in counter-clockwise direction and corresponding to this turn, a backup 402 and a front panel 401 following up this backup are integrally moved to the side, where a take-in roller 403 is arranged, by the energizing force of springs 437 and 438. Then, the paper money is taken in by the backup 402 while being pressed by the take-in roller 403.
