Abstract:
To allow a customer to make a transaction which is stopped by an additional financial transaction or functional degeneracy, in a minimally short time concerning an automatic teller machine.
The machine comprises a main control unit, a guide means, and an input means for receiving the input of the customer so as to automatically make the transaction with the customer. When the transaction inputted by the customer with the input means cannot be treated by the own machine, the main control unit allows the guide means to perform guiding to another machine by which the transaction is treated.
