Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain a draw-out amount input system which is optimum to off-line processing by using a means for reading out the payable balance recorded on a medium and a means for displaying the payable amount and for guiding the input operation for drawn-out amount. CONSTITUTION:This automatic teller machine is provided with an operation display part 10, a card reading/writing part 20 serving as a recording medium, a slip producing part 30, a note payment part 40 and a control part 50. The part 10 includes an operation key 10a for input of customer data and a CRT 10b for display of customer operation guidance and the customer input data. The part 50 contains a system program 50a for control of the part 50 itself. Thus the input operation is guided for draw-out amount within a range of payable balance in case the payable balance recorded on the recording medium is smaller than the maximum paying amount of the teller machine. This avoid such a case where a transaction is invalidated owing to the shortage of the balance. Thus the service ability can be improved for customers.
