Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an automatic temperature controller which can control to reach a stable state speedily right after its start as to automatic temperature control using the PID controller.
CONSTITUTION: An integrating converter 7 where a time constant matching the variation time constant of detected temperature is set is interposed between a temperature detector converter 2 and the PID controller 3, so after the integrating function of the integrating converter 7 is turned ON and the PID controller 3 is turned ON, automatic temperature control operation by the PID controller 3 is performed while the integrating converter 7 suppresses a hunting phenomenon. Consequently, the controller is controlled so as to speedily enter the stable state right after its start, and the possibility that a loss pipe is generated becomes small after this point of time.
