Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily purchase a boarding ticket to a destination station or the like without retrieving and recognizing a fare to the destination station or the like from a route map or the like by displaying information relating to a boarding charge corresponding to voice input.

CONSTITUTION: When the name of the destination station is inputted from a microphone 2 by voice, it is recognized in a voice recognition part 3. Based on the recognition, destination station name candidates and the information of the fare or the like are read from an information storage part 6 and displayed at a customer service part 7. A user is provided with the display for selection. Then, a money receiving processing is performed corresponding to selection information tram the user, and at the point of time of confirming money reception, the boarding ticket to the destination station is printed by a printer 11 and issued. On the other hand, when the desired destination station candidate is not present in the display, the voice input is urged again, the re- inputted voice is recognized and similar processings are performed.
