A band-pass filter/level conversion part 12 includes a filter for letting a signal of an announcement sound frequency and a signal of a time signal sound frequency pass and a level conversion part for converting an AC signal of an output of this filter to a rectangular wave signal. Also an announcement sound identification part 13 adds an enable signal to a time adjustment pulse generation part 14 when it identifies the announcement sound and it continues for a fixed times. Then, the time adjustment pulse generation part 14 outputs a time adjustment pulse by a rise timing of the rectangular wave signal for indicating the time signal sound from the band-pass filter/level conversion part 12 and inputs it to a clock part 2 by way of an interface part 15 when this enable signal is being inputted. The clock part 2 adjusts the time in accordance with this time adjustment pulse.
