To provide an automatic toothbrush manufacturing machine which can cut the tips of the implanted bristles to an equal size and dispense with a conventional bristle cutting process for cutting the tips of planted bristles to an equal size and final cutting processing of the improved bristles.
The automatic toothbrush manufacturing machine 1 manufactures toothbrushes by planting a plurality of bristles in a bent state into a plurality of tuft holes bored on a single face of the block head of the handle of the toothbrush via an anchor material, and is provided with a discharge bar 4 of a discharger facing a feeding line 3 of bristles 3a arranged adjacently in a tandem state. The bristles 3a on the feeding line 3 is supplied with an ion current 4b from an electrode 4a provided on the lower surface of the bar 4.
