Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device, a work management system, a work management method, and a program so as to increase convenience at a time of work report by a worker.SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device comprises: a receiving unit for receiving work plan information from an information processing device that stores the work plan information; a card reading unit for reading operator identification information from an authentication card inserted by an operator; a display unit for displaying a work registration screen including the work plan information and a transaction screen for performing a transaction by a customer; a determination unit for determining whether to display the work registration screen on the display unit on the basis of the operator identification information that is read by the card reading unit; and a transmission unit for transmitting work result information that is input on the work registration screen to the information processing device.
