PURPOSE: To improve the visibility and operability of an operation part and to easily execute the inputting/outputting work of a medium by moving the operation part and the medium inputting/outputting part in a prescribed direction in accordance with user's posture.

CONSTITUTION: When a user of a wheelchair reaches in the front of an automatic transaction machine, the foot part and chest part of the user are detected by the 1st and 2nd sensors 10, 12 and the 1st and 2nd driving mechanisms are driven. Thereby, an input operation part 2 is moved forward and a notice call is applied to the user by voice. Then, the leading part of the operation part 2 is rotated so as to be descended, and when a display part and then a touch channel on the operation part 2 are adjacently opposed to the user, the execution of a transaction is demanded by voice. Thus, the 2nd driving mechanism is driven after driving the operation part 2 and a medium inserting port part 3 is driven. Since the operation part 2 and the insertion port part 3 are adjacently opposed to the user, their operability can be improved.
