PURPOSE: To attain the automatic transaction processing with use of a copy medium and plural media and to increase the transaction subjects by providing a picture memory, a multi-screen switching function, and a same screen display function.

CONSTITUTION: A business office 1 consisting mainly of mechanized stores is provided with a preprocessor 2 and an automatic transaction device 3 combined with each other. The device 3 is connected to a host 5 via an exclusive line 4 and performs the transactions to the host 5 in regard of the reception/ payment of cash, the registration of bankbooks, the inquiry of balances, etc. A remote processor 8 of a mother store 7 is connected to the host 5 via an exclusive lien 9. The processor 2 reads the transaction data on the media as the picture data and sends them to the processor 8. The processor 8 stores the received data in a picture memory and then reads out these data with operations of operators. Thus plural screens are displayed with switching of them and then the same screen is also displayed.
