PURPOSE: To simplify a titled device and to facilitate maintenance operation by moving back and forth an accepting part which accepts forging materials between a feed chute and a conveyor so that the forging materials can be successively carried out by each piece to the forging machine side.

CONSTITUTION: A titled device consists of a feed chute 5 which feeds forging materials W, a material transfer device 9, a conveyor 8 which conveys the materials W to the forging machine side and a driver 22. Said device 9 is provided with an accepting part 21 which faces the aperture of the chute 5 and can accept successively the materials W. Said driver 22 moves back and forth said device 9 between the chute 5 and the conveyor 8 to place diagonally the materials W on the conveyor 8 in the forward moving position. The mechanism of the device is simplified by the above-mentioned device without the need for providing any specific device for arraying the materials and the maintenance operation is made easy.
