Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission which is changeable in speed by avoiding a fastening shock.SOLUTION: This automatic transmission 3 comprises: first dogs 31a, 32a which are relatively rotatably supported to a first rotating body 3a; second dogs 311a, 321a which are axially movably supported to the first rolling body 3a, and engaged with the first dogs 31a, 32a by movement to an axial engagement side; an actuator 5 which moves the second dogs 311a, 321a to the axial direction; and a control part 30 which controls the actuator 5. When the movement of the second dogs 311a, 321a to the axial engagement side is stopped at an axial release side rather than an axial engagement position when the control part 30 outputs a command for moving the second dogs 311a, 321a to the axial engagement side by a first pressing force toward the axial engagement position to the actuator 5, the control part 30 outputs a command for moving the second dogs to the axial engagement side by a second pressing force which is smaller than the first pressing force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
