Abstract:
To provide an automatic transmission capable of preventing falling of a bearing member while securing rigidity of a power transmission member bearing-supported by a shaft member on a bearing member.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission 1 includes: a shaft member constituting each of an input shaft 2, an output shaft 6 and/or an intermediate power transmission shaft 4; a plurality of planetary gear mechanisms PG1-PG3; a plurality of power transmission members 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 transmitting power among the plurality of planetary gear mechanisms; and a plurality of frictional fastening elements CL1-CL3, BR1 selectively fastened to switch a power transmission passage by the planetary gear mechanisms and the power transmission members. A first hub sleeve member 16 among the plurality of power transmission members is provided with a cylindrical thin portion 16b axially extended along the output shaft 6 and relatively rotatable with respect to the output shaft 6 through the bearing member 30, and the cylindrical thin portion 16b is provided with an annular projecting portion 17a on a radial inner part at its axial one end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
