Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enlarge a lockup region to the low car speed side within a shock allowable range without moving a lockup off line on the control map of the lockup clutch of an automatic transmission to the high car speed side.
CONSTITUTION: A history region R-2 is set on a lockup diagram (MSLP) by arranging a second ON-line L-HS in a history region R-1, surrounded with a first ON-line L-ON and an OFF-line. When it is decided that a running state when a speed change signal is outputted is within a region R-2, a lockup ON signal is outputted after completion of speed change.
