To form superfine liquid and superfine bubbles of any quality and amount of liquid and stabilize the formed substance by the effect of automatic ultrasonic wave generation through cavitation/supercavitation effects according to its flow rate and change of fluid.
All fluids are rectified to be constant in flow by using a member illustrated in Fig. 1. The number of such members is stacked according to the quality of the fluids. As illustrated in Fig. 2, a superrotational flow is generated, the broken state of the fluids is intentionally generated, thereby generating a superfine state and a great volume of high-pressure bubbles. Bubbles of 10 micros or less are continuously generated. When there is a shortage of a micronization amount or shortages of amounts and quality of superfine bubbles depending on fluids, the number of such members is stacked. By a member illustrated in Fig. 3, for the fluids set in the superfine liquid and superfine bubble state, a turbulent flow and a reverse flow are generated by collision between the liquid and the members, and a superhigh frequency (20 kilo Herts or more) is generated by infinitely causing shocks between the liquids and collision between the members.
