PURPOSE: To dispense with any requirement of highly accurate operation for manufacture and installation by connecting both ends holding a driving sprocket of a driving chain between, to both ends of a turning frame, and attaching a curved arm, having a detector detecting a rotation of this turning frame, to a hanger frame.

CONSTITUTION: When a conveyed work 26 arrives at the specified working place optionally preset for doing the machining of its bottom part and assemblage, traveling of a motor-driven carriage 1 is stopped and a turning motor 22 is operated instead. When two driving sprockets 24 and 24' are rotated, driving chains 25 and 25' moves in the same direction, two turning frames 17 and 17', where each end of these driving chains 25 and 25' is attached tight, are rotated in the same direction as far as the specified angle, whereby the conveyed work 26 is tilted to such a setting angle as being easy to operate. Thus when the conveyed work 26 is tilted, a detector 18 being attached to a curved arm 19 of a hanger frame 15 detects this state, stopping the turning motor 22.
