Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably operate a thyristor by automatically controlling the output voltage of an AC generator for driving a DC motor by using a thyristor type power amplifier in response to the magnitude of a counterelectromotive force generated by detecting the rotating speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of an AC generator 1 is inputted to an error detector 2, and controlled through a field current controller 3. The output power of the generator 1 drives a DC motor 5 through a thyristor type power amplifier 4. A rotating speedometer 6 is mechanically connected to the motor 5, and the counterelectromotive force generated from the motor 5 is indirectly measured. The signal of the speedometer 6 is inputted to an adder 7, adder with the reference voltage VR to obtain the optimum output voltage target value to be generated. The output of the adder 7 is supplied to the detector 2, and the output voltage of the generator 1 is regulated to stabilize for the target value. In this manner, it is automatically regulated to the output voltage in response to the state of the load, thereby obtaining the stable operation of the thyristor.
