Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a base station to automatically adjust the volume of an electric bell and a voice for each received call, and to automatically adjust the voice volume when it moves to another base station by automatically deciding the size of a dark noise by each base station, transmitting this information to a radio communication exchange system, and holding this information for the future.
SOLUTION: Each cell 101-109 provides each kind of services to a radio transmitter/receiver 111. Then, each cell is a geographical area controlled by a system controller 112, and the controller 112 controls a base station through a communication link for controlling the cell operation. When the radio transmitter/receiver 111 moves from the cell 101 to the cell 103, the controller 112 checks an inside table for deciding a noise level for each cell, and transmits the volume information of an electric bell and a voice through the base station controlled by the cell 103 to the radio transmitter/receiver 111. The controller 112 obtains the movement when the radio transmitter/receiver 11 1 is registered in the base station controlled by the cell 103.
