The paper wall gluing machine for transferring and applying glue on the rear surface of the paper wall by means of a gluing roller by passing the prescribed route between plural rollers has an electric box 6 which is detachable and attachable by an engaging section to the gluing machines body and drives and controls roller mechanisms via gears and light emitting parts 62 and light receiving parts 63 disposed at this electric box 6 and includes light signal transmission piping which deals with the light emitting parts 62 and the light receiving parts 63 and transmit the light signals intermitted by the revolution of a measurement roller when the electric box 6 is set in the gluing machine body.
