Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse for a clean room capable of keeping the warehouse clean even if using a slide-contacting type electricity feeding system by a trolley and a collector as electricity feeding for a transfer device.
SOLUTION: An automatic warehouse 1 for a clean room is provided with a rack 2 having a number of article storage shelves 21 and a crane (a transfer device) 3 which runs ahead of the rack 2 and transfers an article W to an article shelf 21. This automatic warehouse 1 for a clean room has a trolley 41 for feeding electricity to the crane 3, a duct 40 for accepting the movement of a collector 31 of the crane 3 slide-contacting with the trolley 41, and a fan 22 for sucking dust generated within the duct 40.
