Abstract:
PURPOSE: To pile up pallets to be stored on shelves of a three-dimensional warehouse based on arbitrary organization.
CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional warehouse 30 which has a shelf 31 on which pallets are stored and a stacker crane 40 are provided. Each pallet to be piled up is provided with a pin which can adjust height and supports pallet on the upper step. By inputting data on height of this pin into a controller, the controller controls data concerning a take-up position and a take-down position of all the pallets to be stored on each shelf. A fork device of the stacker crane which receives command for operation from the controller handles target pallet and constitutes pile-up pallet which is organized arbitrarily in shelf.
