Degreasing burners 40 which are arranged above and below the metallic strip and a welding machine 50 provided with the clamping mechanism to hold the vicinity of the part to be butt-welded of the metallic strip and a torch 58 which is movable in the width direction of the metallic strip are arranged on the same axis in the width direction of the metallic strip in this order with a specific space.
