PURPOSE: To decrease the number of gears and shafts and decrease the consumption of batteries by the mechanism in which the shaft fixed with an input side clutch gear and winding shaft are made as through-shafts and intermediate gears and an output side clutch gear are loosely fitted onto the through-shaft of the input side clutch gear.
CONSTITUTION: The revolution of a motor M is transmitted to an input side clutch gear 8 via bevel gears 1, 2, a gear 3, intermediate gears 4, 5, and transmission gears 6, 7, and an output side clutch gear 9 is rotated by way of the clutch pin thereof, thence an output gear 12 revolves and the winding mechanism of the camera operates. When the clutch is disengaged upon completion of winding, the output side clutch gear 9 is free on the shaft 14; therefore, it is returned to the predetermined positions making clutch coupling successively by the effect of the return spring on the winding shaft 15. With such constitution, the number of gears and shafts is decreased and the power consumption of the motor M is decreased owing to the decreased resistance by this action.
