PURPOSE: To adapt the device to various kinds of loads connected to an output circuit by constituting a pulse conversion circuit of an output pulse signal setting part, a subtraction counter an AND gate, and an addition counter.

CONSTITUTION: The pulse conversion circuit is constituted of the output pulse signal setting part B, the subtraction counter A to introduce a signal from the signal setting part B and the prescribed number of the input pulse signals and execute subtraction processing, the AND gate 6 to be operated by an-output signal from the counter A and a clock signal, and the addition counter C to execute addition processing by the signal from the gate 6 and simultaneously, output the prescribed number of the pulse signals set by the signal setting part B. Accordingly, in the case that the prescribed number of the pulse signals, for instance, 100-pieces of the pulse signals are inputted to an input terminal 1, the pulse signals of a larger number or a smaller number than the input pulse signals, for instance, 56-pieces of the output pulse signals or 120-pieces of the pulse signals can be obtained at the output terminal 11. Thus, the device is adapted to various kinds of the loads connected to the output side of this pulse conversion circuit.
