Abstract:
To provide a wire guide nozzle which is superior in alignment winding when a coil is formed and can prevent warping due to the tension of the wire.
A device is provided with a first half body 24 having a protrusion 26 extending in a transfer direction of the wire 12, and a second half body 25 having a groove 30 extending in the transfer direction of the wire 12. The protrusion 26 of the first half body 24 is engaged with the groove 30 of the second half body 25, and a guide slit 33 guiding the wire 12 between the protrusion 26 and a base 30a of the groove 30 is formed. An abutting face 34 of the first half body 24 and the second half body 25 is shifted from the guide slit 33 in terms of position.
