Abstract:

PURPOSE:To attain an automatic working system where the working program quantity is small and the program change is facilitated by providing a program storage to a robot controller and a robot control means together with a working sequence storage means and a reading means provided to a main controller respectively. CONSTITUTION:A sequence table TBM is stored in a memory of a main controller 100 and a target position number Qi and a basic action pattern number Pi are added for each shift step number (i). The number Qi is related with the concrete XYZ coordinate value via a position table TBC provided to a robot controller 110. The controller 110 also contains a pattern table TBP where the pattern numbers F and G are set opposite in 1:1 to the corresponding working programs PR (FG). The basic action patterns are combined in accordance with the information (e.g., Q2, P2) on the main controller 100 for concretization of various working programs. Thus it is not required to store a series of working programs in a robot controller for each working sequence. As a result, the program quantity is reduced and the change of the sequence is extremely facilitated since the program change is not required in the controller 110.
