Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve accuracy in positioning a pallet in an up-and-down direction by supporting the pallet by the use of a reference guide surface together with the completion of the movement of the pallet.
CONSTITUTION: The pallet 50 is provided with a lower case holder 51. Many pallets 50 are placed on a pallet conveyor 60 and intermittently fed to circulate. A lower case is assembled in the lower case holder 51, and a spool lock, a spool, a cover member and an upper case are assembled in the lower case by each station. Each station in which the lower case, the spool or the upper case is assembled is provided with up-and-down direction positioning guide blocks 90 and 91. The guide blocks 90 and 91 are formed to be a trapezoid having the reference guide surfaces 90a and 91a and inclined guide surfaces 90b and 91b. The reference guide surfaces 90a and 91a are set a little higher than a moving path at the lower end of the pallet 50.
