To provide an automatically bone-removing treatment system for upper half chicken meat carcass, free from any problem involved in electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically driven motors and/or cylinders, safe even if washed with high-pressure water, and hygienically operable.
This system includes a lift dividing table 1 with work-attaching jigs 2 set at specified intervals on the upper surface of the outer circumference thereof and a plurality of stations 1st to 12th each provided with a bone-removing-related treatment unit. This system works in such a way that upper half chicken meat carcasses attached respectively to the jigs 2 through a work charge mounting unit 101 are put to bone-removing-related treatment at the relevant sections of the respective stations during repeated actions of the lift dividing table 1 including advancing, stopping, ascending, descending and advancing again by a lift dividing mechanism; wherein the lift dividing mechanism includes a lift mechanism functioning to vertically move the table 1 and an advancing mechanism functioning to advance the table 1, the driving unit for driving the lift mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder with water as the hydraulic fluid, the driving unit for the advancing mechanism comprises a hydraulic motor with water as the hydraulic fluid, and both driving controls of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic motor are conducted using a hydraulic control valve.
