SOLUTION: This automatically bread-making machine has a baking chamber 1 having a heater 2, a bread case 3 capable of being attachably and detachably installed into the baking chamber 1, a kneading blade 7 provided on the inner bottom part of the bread case 3 and driven by a motor 4, a rotating speed measuring means 14e for measuring the rotating speed of the kneading blade 7, and a kneading stabilizing means 14f for controlling the rotating speed of the motor 4 so that the kneading blade 7 holds a constant rotating speed, whereby a stable kneading can be performed.
