Title:
AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING METHOD OF DISSOLVED GAS IN WATER USING PRESSURE TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3388465
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling at a low cost the amount of oxygen dissolved in water which is essential to the activity of life.
SOLUTION: A gas produced by a gas-producing device 24 is sent to a pressure tank 21 by making use of negative pressure of a pressure pump 20, dissolved in water in the tank, and then sent to a sealed tank 11. The resident water in the sealed tank 11 is circulated by a circulating pump 22, activated through a ceramic tube 14 and an infrared-irradiating device 15 which are provided in a water-circulation route, and then sprayed into the resident water in the sealed tank 11 from a gas-spraying nozzle 16. The feeding amount of the gas is adjusted by using a detection value obtained by an oxidation-reduction potential dissolved-gas detecting sensor 28, the pressure in the tank is changed by changing the rotational speed of the pressure pump 20 with a pump motor- controlling device 25, and then the pressure of the gas-spraying nozzle 16 is changed by changing the rotational speed of the circulating pump 22. The treated water is stored in a stock tank 4, which automatically adjusts the amount of water accommodated in it to a prescribed one, and used when necessary.
