To provide a tumbling device automatically conveying and supplying stock meat to a massage drum, further automatically conveying the meat from the massage drum to a next process, capable of improving productivity in producing ham and also capable of widely reducing labor for cleaning a floor surface accompanying with the scattering of pickle liquid.

This tumbling device is equipped with a multiple number of tumbling apparatuses 1, a stock meat-supplying means A for supplying the stock meat M1 to the massage drum 2 and a stock meat-delivering means B for automatically conveying/supplying the stock M2 from the massage drum 2 to the next process. The stock meat-supplying means A consists of an entrance tank 23, a supplying passage 25, a branched passage 26, an attaching/switching passage 28 for joining the branched passage 26 with the introducing port 15 of the massage drum 2, a guiding body 29 for guiding by changing direction of the stock meat M1, a vacuum source 22 actuating vacuum pressure for the massage drum 2 and so on. Thereby, the stock meat M1 in the supplying passage 25 is conveyed by the sucking action of the vacuum pressure.
