PURPOSE: To provide an automatically egg-breaking device capable of breaking a large of eggs per unit time in a small installation space.

CONSTITUTION: The automatically egg-breaking device is characterized by arranging plural shafts 4, 5 on a substrate in the vertical direction so as to constitute at least three corners, installing egg-breaking conveyers 1A, 1B wound on the shafts and endlessly rotated in the horizontal plane in vertical two stages on the shafts, arranging egg-breaking mechanisms projected in the outside direction on the egg-breaking conveyers 1A, 1B, arranging a cup for separating albumen from york just below the egg-breaking mechanism, the cup being used for receiving the albumen and the york flowed down by the breakage of eggs and for overflowing the albumen for the separation of the albumen from the york, installing two egg-feeding conveyers 12, 13 from an egg-washing tank 14 in parallel, connecting the end of the egg-feeding conveyor 12 to an eggdistributing mechanism arranged in the egg-receiving section A of the upper stage egg-breaking conveyor 1A in parallel and also connecting the end of the other egg-feeding conveyor 13 to the other egg-distributing mechanism arranged in the egg-receiving section B of the lower stage egg-breaking conveyor 1B in parallel.
