To enable sure truck coupling and truck disengaging while traveling is continued by controlling the drive of a pin hook hardware which goes in and out a position for closing an opening part of the rear end of a guide arm member according to a signal from a disengaging position detecting sensor by a coupling and disengaging controller.
An automatically guided vehicle 1 is provided with a truck coupling disengaging device 20 having a horizontal fixed guide member 19, and a loading truck 2 is provided with a connecting pin 25 suspended from a support member 24. A pin hook hardware 30 is arranged in a position for closing an opening of an opening part of the rear end of the pin connecting side of a guide arm 19d. The pin hook hardware 30 is fixed to the forward end of an oscillating arm 31 and moved from the position for closing the rear end opening part to the position of opening the same by turning of the oscillating arm 31 by a motor 32. A coupling disengaging controller 46 is connected to a motor 32 to control the drive of a pin hook hardware 30 according to an input signal from proximity switches 42, 43 (disengaging position sensor). Thus, sure truck coupling and truck disengaging can be performed while traveling is continued.
