To move a mirror to an easily viewable position to make the mirror to be easily usable regardless of the mirror every time when the base is lifted up/down, by constituting a cabinet by a base capable of lifting up/down, a mirror movably attached on the base, and an acting tool to act the movement of the base to the mirror and automatically moving the mirror together with lifting up/down.

A user rides on a wheelchair, places lower limbs in a space under a water reservoir, and extends/contracts an extensible body 9 by a lifting up/down switch to lift up/down a washing bowl 2 to set the bowl at proper height. When the extensible body 9 is contracted to lift down the washing bowl part 2b, a connecting tool 13 pushes up a mirror acting piece 14 to rotate a mirror 3 around the mirror shaft 10 in the direction of forward leaning. The washing bowl 2 becomes easier to be used by the user of the wheelchair and also the mirror becomes easier to be viewed. When a person who does not use a wheelchair extends the extensible body 9 to lift up the washing bowl part 2b, the connecting tool 13 stops the end part of the mirror acting piece 14 to rotate the mirror around the mirror shaft 10 to rotate the mirror in the forward leaning posture into the vertical direction. The washing bowl 2 becomes easier to be used by the user and the mirror 3 becomes easier to be viewed.
