Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shipment efficiency for packages by fully automating a series of operations including steps of putting a package with liquid or solid seal-packaged into a casing film bag, then closing its mouth, and receiving the package in an individual packaging case for shipment. SOLUTION: A mouth and a bottom of a film bag on an upper stage among stacked bags are held by sucking pads 8, 9, and the bags are horizontally fed out one by one. After a position of the fed film bag is corrected to a predetermined position, the film bag is vertically moved by a vertical position moving part 20 to open the film bag in a vertical posture by an opening means. Package throw-in guides 24 are inserted into both ends of the opening of the opened film bag for guiding drop and throw-in of a package 2a. Then the film bag with the package 2a put in from a carrying part 26 is again rotated and moved in a horizontal, position while being supported, and it is rotated by 180 degrees and laterally folded meantime. Then both shoulders are folded slantly, and the parts are held to put the film bag into an individual packaging case 47.
