Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-transfer robot conveying and handling contact lenses designed so as to make it possible to operate respective vacuum chamber and air-compressive chamber for respective front ends of transfer of an end part actuation body.
SOLUTION: A transfer lens end actuation body assembly 75 is formed of a lens end actuation body frame 77, an aircylinder 79 arranged on the shelf 81 of the end part actuation body frame vertically stretching and containing an end part actuation body tube/chamber assembly 80, and a lens end actuation body nozzle front end 60 integrally formed against the lens end actuation body frame 77. The end part actuation body tube/chamber assembly 80 and the lens transfer front end 60 are vertically stretched and contained by the cooperation with the aircylinder 79. The lens transfer front end 60 is integrally connected to respective vacuum chambers 87 and a blow-off pipe 90 is integrally connected to respective air supply chambers 97.
