Title:
AUTOMOBILE CHAIN INSTALLATION AUXILIARY TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10217147
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily install a chain on a wheel by furnishing a tie having hooks to hook the chain on both ends of a metal rod and in a shape of bending it in the same direction at two points in a sharply bent shape at specified positions from the both ends.

Hooks 2 to hook a chain on them are provided on both ends of a metal rod, and the metal rod is made trapezoidal by sharply bending it in a doglegged shape at two points about 20 centimeters from the both ends. The number of the hooks 2 is sufficient with only one of them so as to use the metal rod as a tie 1, but when the hooks 2 are provided on the both ends, it is possible to use them instantly and easily without thinking of positions of the hooks 2. Additionally, parts more or less than 20cm from the both ends are bent in a doglegged shape in the same direction sharply, but it is devised so that both of the hooks come to be further in front at the time when they are arranged on the ground surface to surround a tire grounding part through the back of a wheel, and working is facilitated at the time of hooking one end of an inside side ring on the hook 2.
