Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to enhance the reproducibility of a device for automobile collision simulation testing. This servo actuator for automobile collision testing thrusts a piston rod toward a sled which is supported so as to be movable along a horizontal back-and-forth direction and upon which an object to be tested can be placed. The servo actuator for automobile collision testing is provided with a fluid cylinder into which the piston rod has been inserted, an accumulator that is connected to the opposite side of the fluid cylinder from the sled side and accumulates hydraulic oil to be supplied to a hydraulic actuator, a servo valve provided at a discharge port formed on the sled side of the fluid cylinder, and a position adjustment mechanism that abuts the end of the piston rod opposite from the sled side, restricts movement toward the accumulator side, and is capable of adjusting the end of the accumulator-side movement range of the piston rod.
