Abstract:
The present invention relates to electric vehicle side door locks and relates to the field of vehicle engineering. A vehicle door lock electric opening mechanism of a novel variable degrees of freedom smooth compound set structure, provided with a single-drive, double-branch chain structure. By means of a novel variable degrees of freedom smooth compound set in which a rotating set equipped with a torsion spring and a moving set are combined, constructed is a variable degrees of freedom smooth connecting rod mechanism having multiple movement modes and a reset feature, thus allowing a door lock transmission mechanism to switch back and forth between multiple work conditions and to reset. Three joined gears are driven by a single electric motor to allow an insurance branch chain and an opening branch chain to coordinatively move according to an expected timing to implement the electric opening of a door lock. In the opening branch chain, a novel incomplete gear transmission implements the two branch chains in the door lock system to move successively according to a predetermined order, same and the variable degrees of freedom smooth connecting rod mechanism coordinatively implement the resetting of some mechanisms in the opening branch chain between multiple work conditions. The electric opening branch chain provided in the present invention does not interfere with the motions of other branch chains and is broadly applicable in smart door locks and other multiple-input, multiple-output transmission mechanisms.
