Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the latch serviceability of a door structure in which a door inner panel is divided into a main panel part and an outer peripheral panel part, by enabling a latch device located in a door to be simply taken out without the necessity of removal of the inner panel.
CONSTITUTION: A door inner panel 8 is divided into a main panel part 8 which occupies a substantially center part of the door inner panel 4, and an outer peripheral panel arranged around the main panel part 8, which are joined together. A latch bracket 25 on which a latch device 22 is attached is removably fixed to the main panel part 8 and the outer peripheral part 10 by means of screws 26, 28, respectively, on the outside door.
