To completely prevent an unpleasant shock received by static electricity of high voltage when getting out of an automobile and touching a body for door locking or the like in the dry period of winter.
Static electricity of high voltage is charged to a human body by friction between a seat and clothes when getting out of the automobile. An inner door lever 2 is therefore gripped to get out of the automobile. Static electricity which is going to be generated thereby escapes from a single coated adhesive aluminum (or copper) tape 3 bonded to the inner door lever 2 through a single coated adhesive aluminum (or copper) tape 3 bonded to a door body metal part 5, so that there is no electrostatic charge to the human body. Consequently, there is absolutely no electrostatic shock even if touching the automobile body after getting out of the automobile.
