A tape 20 comprising numerous hook-like protrusions 21 is inserted between some of these insert holes, with the hook-like protrusion face facing downward, and the hook-like protrusion face of this tape 20 is attached to a mat (a) laid around the feet at a driver's seat, with the loop-like protrusion face a' facing upward. This is the automobile emergency escape apparatus fitting method and fixture constituted delivered as above.
