PURPOSE: To arrange rays of reflected light along the lower and upper sides of the horizon in front of a lighting fixture, by forming the reflecting surface of a reflecting mirror, out of plural partial reflecting surfaces, forming the upper-side reflecting surface thereof out of fractionalized small reflecting surfaces, and then tilting the optic axis of each of these small reflecting surfaces against an illuminating axis.
CONSTITUTION: A reflecting mirror 2, in the shape of a long sideways rectangle, has a concave side opened toward the front, that forms a reflecting surface which is divided into partial reflecting surfaces 5 to 10. An electric bulb is inserted through an insertion hole 11 in the center of the reflecting mirror 2. The upper-side reflecting surface 5 has about the same shape as a fan, formed by enclosing with parting lines 12, 12 extending toward both left and right corners on the upper side thereof and with the upper edge, while the lower side reflecting surface 6 has about the same shape as a fan, formed by enclosing with other parting lines 13, 13 and the lower edge thereof. Each of small reflecting surfaces 16 and 17, formed into the shape of a minute paraboloid, has each of the focuses thereof at a point in common with one another and yet each of the optic axes thereof properly tilted against an illuminating axis X-X. Each of the partial reflecting surfaces 6 to 10 also, being in the shape of a paraboloid, has each focus located at about the same position as each of the focuses of the small reflecting surfaces 16, 17 and each of their optic axes is nearly equalized to the illuminating axis X-X.
