Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a heat radiation space within a lighting equipment to be made small so as to miniaturize a stop lamp for improvement of the aerodynam ic performance by arranging the stop lamp at the rear projection trailing edge of a rear spoiler where the plural number of luminous diodes are employed as a light source. CONSTITUTION:A stop lamp 2 is installed in a concave groove 13 formed along the rear projection trailing edge 12 of a rear spoiler 1 allowing the lamp to be held between an upper and a lower flexible tongues 14 and 15. Numbers of luminous diodes 21 arranged in a line on a printed circuit base board 20 and an inner lens 22 for the above said lamp 2 are housed in a lens case 23 allowing the printed circuit base board 20 to be fixed on a base plate 24 connected to the leading edge of a core metal 10. As the luminous diode with less amount of heat radiation is employed as a light source, a radiation space within the lighting equipment can be made small. Accordingly, the stop lamp 2 is allowed to be miniaturized permitting the aerodynamic performance of the rear spoiler 1 to be improved.
