To provide a resin member excellent in scratch resistance capable of preventing generation of both flaws out of chipping flaw and wear flaw.SOLUTION: The resin member for vehicle comprises, on a resin substrate 1, an elastomer layer 2, a hard coat layer 3 in the order, the elastomer layer 2 including a thermoplastic elastomer, and the elastomer layer 2 and hard coat layer 3 are combined so that a load-displacement curve when a triangular pyramid-shaped diamond presser whose tip-dihedral angle is 115° is pressed, becomes a linear state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
