To provide an automobile side door excellent in safety at a collision, light in weight, and easy to be molded or assembled.
In a lower structure of the automobile side door, an inner panel constituting a vehicle room side is divided in four and composed of aluminum alloy members 1, 10, 20, 30. These aluminum alloy members mutually joined and integrated in a frame-like shape having a space 41 at the center has configurations a-e as follows: a. the members 20, 30 are thin plate-shaped molded panels; b. the member 10 is a thin plate-shaped molded panel or an extrusion molded member; c. the member 1 is an extrusion molded member, and a wall surface 5 has irregularities 3, 4; d. a wall surface 61 of a locker 60 also has with irregularity 62 in a shape engaged with the irregularities 3, 4; e. these wall surfaces 5, 61 are mutually engaged via their irregularities 3, 4, 62 at the time of a vehicle body-side collision.
