Abstract:
PURPOSE: To relatively easily prevent adhesives from oozing from the surface of fabric at low cost while securing adhesive strength for the core of the fabric by using a glue in place of conventional adhesives.
CONSTITUTION: In an automobile trimming material which comprises fabric 4 of an elongation coefficient of 35 to 100% affixed to a plastic core 3 as a surface material, a glue 5 composed mainly of an acrylic resin and having a viscosity of 5000 mPa.s to 20000mPa.s at 20°C or nearby temperatures is applied to at least either time core or the surface material, and after the layer of the glue is hardened to predetermined viscosity the core and the surface material are affixed together.
