Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aim at economization in a treated solution by stopping any treated solution injection as long as the specified distance when the rear end of an automobile in relation to a treated solution injection direction is reached to the specified position of a portal frame before it has reached to a treated solution injector at the time of relatively moving the portal frame and the automobile. CONSTITUTION:A top rotary brush 4 and a pair of side rotary brushes 5 are installed in a portal travel frame 1 to be reciprocatively traveled along a travel rail 2, while there is provided with rinse water and wax liquid injectors R, W which spray rinse water and wax liquid as a treated solution. At the time of travel of the frame 1, each of these injectors R, W is operated, spraying this treated solution continuously from one end e1 of an automobile V to the other end e2 side, but in this case, whether the other end e2 of the automobile is reached to the specified position of the frame 1 before it has reached to these injectors R, W is not is detected by a detector 50. When arrival to the specified position is detected, operation of these injectors R, W is stopped as long as a distance between the specified position and the injectors R, W.
