PURPOSE: To ensure a given ventilating amount and to prevent entrance of snow into the interior of a cowl by providing a horizontal protrusion part on the opening line of an air hole formed in a cowl louver body.
CONSTITUTION: An appentice cave-form horizontal protrusion 1d protruded approximately in a horizontal direction to the inside of a cowl is formed on the lower edge of the opening part of an air hole 1b, formed in a cowl louver body 1a, integrally with the cowl louver body 1a. The horizontal protrusion 1d is formed in a shape in which the notch of a part corresponding to the opening part of the air hole 1b is approximately horizontally folded in a state to be left as it is. As a result, during a snowfall, the horizontal protrusion 1d formed on the opening edge part of the air hole 1b shuts off inflow of snow from above and snow is prevented from entrance to the cowl.
